Instructions: Hot brew - 1 tsp dried tea leaves + 1 cup boiling water, turn off at first signs of boiling, best poured between 85 - 95 degrees - infuse 2 - 5 min and strain.
Cold brew - 1 tbsp + 1 litre boiling water, turn off at first signs of boiling, best poured between 85 - 95 degrees - infuse 2 - 5 min and strain. (depending on strength you prefer) and strain. Keep refrigerated.

Absolutely adore this tea! As a warm tea it's comforting and calming but also as a cold tea it is so refreshing. I wasn't sure about the star anise when smelling but it's definitely one of my favourite things about the taste! Beautiful blend!
